Creve Coeur – A Great Place to Visit
Creve Coeur, MO is a small town located in the northwest part of St. Louis, Missouri, in the central portion of the county. The population was approximately 17,833 in the 2020 census. It is bordered on one side by the city of St. Charles and on the other by Town and Country Club. The name of the town comes from the Creviot River which flows through the area. Creve Coeur has a reputation for having one of the country’s best coffee shops. The coffee shop, called City Brews, is located on Main Street, across from the St. Charles County Courthouse. City Brews was established by Bob Rice in the spring of 2020. Rice grew up in a family of Irish immigrants in Creve Coeur, MO, and the coffee shop was started as a way to keep the family business. City Brews also sells sandwiches are also sold by the can in the coffee shop and you can purchase hot dogs and hot dogs are available in the hot dog cart.
